This is a lost movie from 1998 It is often confused with the 1999 film, probably pilotes from the Trailer Park Boys. And as of October 2017, One Last Shot has been released on Swearnet, and is also currently available on American Netflix

Two best friends spend a night out partying and drinking the before one is leaving their home town to start a business elsewhere. GW is preoccupied by his University finals and the crazy boss at his pet-store job, Mr. Layhie. Meanwhile, Rob has some big news to tell GW--aside from the plans for his new marijuana business. He is nervous about it, so they go drinking at a number of establishments before he gets the courage to tell him.
